Description
Our COVID-19 at home test is a PCR test which you can take in the comfort of your own home and send to the laboratory to be processed. This is the Day 8 test which should be taken on the 2nd day of your return to the UK.
You should order your test in advance so that you receive your testing kit in plenty of time before you are required to take the test, or you can choose our click and collect option and you can collect the sample kit from a location near you.
The testing kit includes all of the instructions on how to do the test. It involves a simple swab of the back of your throat and nasal cavity.
Once you have completed the test the lab needs to receive your sample within 70 hours. You should drop your test at the various drop boxes which will be detailed within your purchase, within the time limits required by your airline.
Once the lab receives your sample your results will be returned within 24 hours.
Please note that the testing kits and non-returnable and non-refundable upon an unwanted test result.
