Cancellation Policy
Our at home PCR Tests and click and collect PCR Tests are non-refundable and not interchangable, this is due to the nature of the tests.
We understand that flights can be rescheduled or canceled, therefore with our in clinic appointments we are happy to reschedule you appointments, please give us as much notice as possible.
However if you would like to cancel your appointment you will be charged a £30 fee.

To order your at home PCR test please click here.
Orders that will be sent out by post will be sent by Royal Mail, please make sure that you order in plenty of times as there will be delays expected over the Christmas and New Year period.
